 And even though the focal effect may be on a certain part of the body, these superfoods can also affect the health of other body functions. It’s a “help one body part help them all" type of deal. After all, the whole body is connected.  With these simple superfoods as the base of a balanced, solid diet, weight loss gimmicks and other quick programs can become a thing of the past in your life.

The ill-effects of an unbalanced diet on the other hand can be damaging. Low energy levels, mood swings, constant fatigue, weight change, are some of the signs that your diet is unbalanced.  An unbalanced diet can cause problems with maintenance of body tissues, growth and development, brain and nervous system function, as well as problems with bone and muscle systems.

Superfoods can be the basis of a sound, healthy eating, nutritious solution to curing many of your ailments and helping you achieve your health goals!
